GoToMyPC MFA/2FA Guide for Users

Steps to Enable Multi Factor for GoToMyPC:

• Sign in: https://www.gotomypc.com/
• Accept the Prompt upon signing in to configure MFA – or follow the below instructions to be routed to the same place
  • Select My Account
  • Scroll Down to “Security Settings”
• Enable “LastPass Authentication” Option
• Follow the Settings - We suggest using a different authenticator App on your phone called “Microsoft Authenticator” – must be downloaded from Playstore or Appstore
• Follow onscreen instructions to complete the setup.
